Let’s build a wall

one so tall

that it would be unscalable

 

Let’s construct a divide

one so wide

that it would be unbridgeable

 

Let’s erect a fence

one so dense

that no caravan could ever penetrate it

 

Let’s stem the flow of Latino rapists

check the arrival of Muslim terrorists

cut off access for the shithole Africans

 

Let’s just keep out the othered:

understand that we would rather be dead

than to have of us be said

that we failed to ensure the ending

of America’s unwhitening

America arise

don’t wait until

all that you have stood for

fades and dies

​
